Bin Rental FAQs

How does billing work?

Billing is a two-step process.

Step 1: Select your bin size and delivery dates. Pay the bin deposit.

Step 2: Upon pickup and completion of the order, we will apply the correct disposal charge based on weight, material type and any additional charges that may apply.

Please note: Additional fees may consist of disposal costs, administration fees, and any other fees associated with the waste services, as well as federal and provincial taxes. "

For how long can I rent a bin in Guelph?

Residents: Our standard rental period is 7 days.
Contractors: Our standard rental period is 30 days.

The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. If you require a rental extension or want to make a change to your order, please call our Customer Service team (905) 578-1435. We require 24-hour advanced notice for any service changes during regular business hours.

Extra Rental Day Charges: Homeowners: $10.00 per day after the initial 7-days; Contractors: $10.00 per day after the initial 30-days.

As the customer, you are responsible for scheduling your pickup date.
