TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing YORK1 (“the company”). We appreciate your business. By signing below or proceeding with using a service, the customer named herein (“the customer”) acknowledges that it has read, and agrees to comply with and be bound by the company’s terms and conditions. The company hereby objects to any other terms or conditions contained in any communication or any other document relating to the Services or the relationship between the parties, that are different from or in addition to the company terms and conditions. The terms and conditions linked to this quote (the “Quote”) shall govern and be a part of the Quote issued by the company or one or more affiliates, to the Customer along with any additional exhibits linked hereto, which, when the Quote is executed by the parties, shall constitute the sole and complete agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein (collectively, the "Agreement").

PURCHASE TERMS

Cancellation Fee: The Company reserves the right to charge 25% on all services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and 100% on all services cancelled after dispatching the service vehicle. Refer to Access & Placement for additional information on when the cancellation fee is applicable.

Dump & Return: The Company reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the cost of additional transportation when required to perform a Dump & Return service. Calculated based on the time required to complete the service invoiced at $200 / hour, minimum $75.00.

Dumpster Relocate Fee: The Company reserves the right to charge a relocate fee up to 100% of the cost of service if the customer requests a dumpster moved on site or to a different address.

Fuel Recovery: A fuel recovery fee may apply to all products and services, including, but not limited to transportation, and disposal of materials. The fee will be determined based on the cost of fuel at the time of service and calculated as a percentage of the total cost. The percentage will be determined by YORK1 and may adjust periodically to reflect fluctuations in fuel costs. Temporary Dumpster Rental Period: Each rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the scheduled pick up date. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to schedule service. Commercial Rate: After 30-days of non use a rental fee of $10.00 per day may be applicable. Residential Rate: After 7-days of non use a rental fee of $10.00 per day may be applicable.

Wait Time: The Company reserves the right to charge $200.00 per hour for any additional time providing service over 15 minutes after the service vehicle arrives on site, rounded up to the next quarter of an hour.
