Acceptable Items:
We accept a wide range of items, including household items like furniture, electronics, bicycles, appliances, clothes, and old lawn equipment. We also take organic waste, such as yard waste and dry food waste.
Items We Can't Accept:
We cannot accept chemical waste such as aerosols, batteries, cleaners, flammables, paints, poisons, and solvents, or automobile waste like oil, car fluids, and tires. Hazardous household items, including needles, propane tanks, and alcohol, are also not accepted due to safety and environmental concerns. These items require specialized disposal methods.

Bin Rental FAQs
Billing is a two-step process.
Step 1: Select your bin size and delivery dates. Pay the bin deposit.
Step 2: Upon pickup and completion of the order, we will apply the correct disposal charge based on weight, material type and any additional charges that may apply.
Please note: Additional fees may consist of disposal costs, administration fees, and any other fees associated with the waste services, as well as federal and provincial taxes. "
Residents: Our standard rental period is 7 days.
Contractors: Our standard rental period is 30 days.
The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. If you require a rental extension or want to make a change to your order, please call our Customer Service team 416-688-4747. We require 24-hour advanced notice for any service changes during regular business hours.
Extra Rental Day Charges: Homeowners: $10.00 per day after the initial 7-days; Contractors: $10.00 per day after the initial 30-days.
As the customer, you are responsible for scheduling your pickup date.

No! You can tell us in advance where you would like the bin placed or through our online ordering system you can place a Google pin on the delivery location.
Yes! Please contact us for an extension on your rental period, and any changes to your scheduled service dates. We require 24-hour notice for service changes during regular hours.

Yes! For safety reasons please remove any items that stick out over the top of the bin. If a bin is overloaded, it's not safe for us to transport it due to the potential risk of injury to the public and our drivers.
Yes, we have convenient drop-off locations to serve you better. With nine locations in the Greater Toronto/Hamilton Area and one location in Muskoka, our processing facilities (transfer stations) are open early, making it easy for you to drop off your non-hazardous mixed waste or construction debris.
